I have been practicing various esoteric traditions and providing tarot readings since the early 1990s. At that time, I approached the tarot as an esoteric guide and structured form of divination. Over the past 15 years I have radically changed my understanding of and approach to tarot.

My current approach is to provide tarot readings as a way of creating a subjective space where reader and querent meet together to assist the querent in understanding the individual that they truly are and always have been. This kind of reading is rarely lighthearted or playful but my goal is always to ensure the reading provides spiritual nourishment in some way. Sometimes nourishment comes from sweet nectar…sometimes it comes from nectar that is sharp and difficult to digest. Both are important.

My readings are intended to help you view your life from different angles-angles that you may not be aware of. My readings are not about telling you about your past or your future. They are intended to help you identify what is and is not part of your sense of isolate individuality.  Please keep in mind that your consultation with me should not be considered a replacement for professional medical or psychological assessment or treatment. Be sure to take care of yourself; there's only one of you.

 

Services

I provide both 30-minute and 60-minute readings. The primary difference between them (aside from, you know, 30 minutes) is the level to which we are able to approach your question. These readings are not useful if you have no particular question or general area of your life that you want to explore. I’m happy to help you articulate the question before you book a consultation.

30-minute reading- $60

The 30-minute reading begins with a tarot reading focused on your question (though the reading will likely end up in unexpected places). Once the cards are in place, we will work together to navigate how the cards relate to the question at hand.

 

60-minute reading- $100

Like the 30-minute reading, the 60-minute reading starts with a tarot reading. The depth of exploration pertaining to the question is greater. Also, near the end of the session, you will be guided through a simplified casting of a I-Ching Hexagram. The interpretation for the Hexagram will be provided with the consultation summary report.

 

Consultation Summary Report

Both the 30-minute and 60-minute readings include a short consultation summary report. The audio of the consultation session will be recorded. I will go through the recording and create a consultation narrative to be sent to you after the reading. The 60-minute reading summary report will also include a summary of the I-Ching Hexagram as it relates to the reading. Please note: all session recordings are deleted after the consultation summary report is sent to you.
